Common Reservation Entry Issues
If you had trouble entering the garage with your QR code (permit) or did not enter the garage due to an issue with your trip, please use the information below to assist you with your reservation.
Pulled a ticket to enter instead of scanning your QR code (permit)
If you’ve pulled a ticket at entry, that means you likely entered the General Parking area of the garage (Floors 1-3, 5-8) and your reservation is not valid. Reserved Parking is located on Floor 4 of the parking garage and is not accessible from General Parking. You will need to exit the garage using your General Parking ticket (payment at the posted public rate is required on exit), and re-enter through a Reserved Parking entry lane using your QR code (permit) in your Reservation Confirmation email. If you pull a ticket for General Parking and choose to continue to park in General Parking, you will forfeit the amount you paid for your reservation.
You may also press the Customer Service/Help button on the entry or exit lane device, and a parking attendant will assist you.
QR code (permit) gave an error when scanning or did not work
If you arrived at the garage entry and your QR code (permit) did not work, you may have tried entering at the General Parking entrance instead of a Reserved Parking entrance. If you entered the garage by pulling a ticket, your reservation is not valid. Reserved Parking is located on Floor 4 of the parking garage and is not accessible from General Parking. You will need to exit the garage using your General Parking ticket (payment at the post public rate is required on exit), and re-enter through a Reserved Parking entry lane using your QR code (permit) in your Reservation Confirmation email.
If your QR code (permit) did not work at a Reserved Parking entry device, it may be because you were entering earlier than your reserved entry time or you accidentally reserved the wrong entry time. We will need to review your reservation and your actual entry time in the garage to see if your reservation can still be used. Press the Customer Service/Help button on the entry device for assistance.
Did not enter the garage due to trip cancellation or flight change
If you did not enter because your trip was cancelled or you’ve had a change in your flight plans, you may cancel up to 6 hours before your reserved entry time with no penalty. If you cancel within 6 hours of your reserved entry time, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. You may modify your reservation at any time before your reserved exit date and time; rates may vary from your original reservation based on garage occupancy at the time of modification.
