Watch the instructional video to learn how to use your QR code (permit) to enter and exit the garage.
Entering the Garage
- Use the Reserved Parking lanes to enter the garage.
- Scan the QR code (permit) from your Reservation Confirmation email.
- Your QR code (permit) will not scan if:
- You try to use it in a General Parking lane.
- You scan outside the one-hour entry grace period.
- You arrive before your reservation’s Entry Date or after the Exit Date.
- For best results, zoom in on the QR code(permit) and set your phone to full brightness.
Exiting the Garage
- Proceed to any exit lane.
- Scan the QR code (permit) from your Reservation Confirmation email to exit the garage.
If Your QR Code(Permit) Isn’t Recognized
- Press the Customer Service/Help button on the entry or exit device for assistance.
- Have your confirmation number ready. If you don’t know it, the attendant can look up your reservation using other details (last name, phone number, email, or license plate).
Please Note
- Your QR code(permit) allows only one entry and one exit—there are no in-and-out privileges.
- After you exit using your QR code(permit), your reservation is complete. You cannot re-enter with the same QR code.
- To re-enter, use General Parking (take a ticket and pay posted rates) or make a new reservation at least 6 hours before your next entry.
- If you enter through a General Parking lane and take a ticket, your reservation will not apply. You’ll need to exit, pay posted drive-up rates, and re-enter through a Reserved Parking lane.
If You Pulled a Ticket Instead of Scanning
- If you didn’t scan your QR code(permit) when entering and pulled a ticket, you’ll be charged the posted General Parking rates when you exit.
